Stars and Strings | Farmer’s Branch Historical Park | Memorial Day Event

Farmer’s Branch Historical Park, one of my favorite wedding venues, had its Stars and Strings event on May 24th to honor our heroes and veterans for Memorial Day.  I was asked to photograph the event by the City of Farmer’s Branch.  The Dallas Symphony Orchestra performed followed by a spectacular low level fireworks show.  Former Navy commander, Geneva Holland was presented with her honorable discharge award from 1944!! It was a beautiful event and the people of Farmer’s Branch paid much respect to our country and military heroes.
