This year the bluebonnets were spectacular!! Every year I go out to my special hill, I get a sense of nostalgia as I take in the beautiful aroma of these famous Texas flowers. Maybe it has become overly cliche to photograph in the bluebonnets. But, for me – it is a sense of tradition. And I’ll forever remember when I first started photographing special family moments and precious children here. What is it about these flowers that makes a child drop their jaw and start running gleefully through them? Whatever it is – I love it!! And I appreciate the clients that allow me year after year to experience these moments again and again. Til next year!!
